Kay released a big policy announcement on taxes this week...
In this completely lackluster and uninspiring policy announcement she does not say she will cut tax rates, she does not say she will actually do anything about appraisal creep, and she does not say anything else noteworthy or newsworthy...
But she does........
Oh yes... Kay promises to put bold fonts on forms to help citizens know how to protest their....................

Kay is not going to capture the imagination of a single Republican primary voter with this kind of thing.....
