"I certainly got religion," Perry said. "I think he's gone to hell." That drew big laughs from the construction types gathered for Perry's appearance.
The response on Gromer's blog... the biggest I have ever seen on the Dallas Morning News... was overwhelmingly pro Rick and anti Gore...
Kay's campaign responded oddly...
"As usual, Rick Perry is all talk and no action," said spokeswoman Jennifer Baker. "While Rick Perry is yelling rhetoric from the sidelines, Kay Bailey Hutchison is a leader in the fight against" the climate-change bill.
Some free advice for Kay's team... just don't weigh in on this kind of stuff... you look petty and almost jealous with that quote... "yelling rhetoric"? You also set yourself up for attacks when you claim Kay is a leader in the fight against anything... Kay is simply missing too many votes and is too checked out of the process to be a leader on anything right now...

Hey now, campaign characters. Be nice. I know a lot of you on both sides, so I don't want any overly foul language, personal attacks on anyone other than the candidates themselves, or other party fouls. I will moderate the heck out of you if you start breaking the bounds of civility.
