Kay left out of the Chamber of Commerce's awards...

The Rick versus Kay battle continues to show wounds on Kay (link). Excerpt follows...

Got spirit?

Texas Republicans, as usual, cleaned up in this year's "Spirit of Enterprise Awards" given by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, which awarded lawmakers for their pro-business record during the first session of the 111th Congress.

In fact, almost the entire 20-member Texas GOP U.S. House delegation were winners.

There were two exceptions to the Republican sweep -- U.S. Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison was not on the list, nor was U.S. Rep. Ron Paul, R-Lake Jackson.

Oh, and none of the Lone Star State's 12 U.S. House Democrats won, either.

Kay... it was a fool's errand to challenge Rick in the primary... it is a fool's errand to try to run again in 2012 without making good with Rick. You are damaged goods now. When are you going to be more vocal in support of Rick?

Hey now, campaign characters. Be nice. I know a lot of you on both sides, so I don't want any overly foul language, personal attacks on anyone other than the candidates themselves, or other party fouls. I will moderate the heck out of you if you start breaking the bounds of civility.
