Bill White turns down a shot gun gift...

Bill White... the guy who claims to hunt but doesn't have a hunting license... received a gun as a gift at a speaking engagement recently...

He is turning it down (link). Excerpt follows...
Afterward, White said he doesn't keep gifts of significant value that are given to him during his political campaigns and "will have to find something appropriate to do with it."

Boothe said he understands if White doesn't keep the gift. "It's OK," he said. "It makes me respect him if that's what he has to do."
Yeah... Bill White... Mr. Gun Rights... member of an anti gun group founded by Michael Bloomberg...

  1. This is a terrible line of attack. Please don't bring up gifts during this campaign. Rick Perry has taken plenty and there is no reason to bring this up.

    Good for him.

  2. Anonymous, this has NOTHING to do with good campaign etiquette. The fact is, Bill White quite frankly does not have any... I mean he lies on a constant basis, so it's not like he is a good guy. He didn't do this out of the goodness of his heart, or that he "doesn't accept gifts of great value on the campaign trail." LOL yeah. Sure you do White.
This is about Bill White being an anti-gun pansy. Nothing less.

Hey now, campaign characters. Be nice. I know a lot of you on both sides, so I don't want any overly foul language, personal attacks on anyone other than the candidates themselves, or other party fouls. I will moderate the heck out of you if you start breaking the bounds of civility.
