Later the FBI confirmed it was investigating wrongdoing in the case and confirmed in the media that there had indeed been criminal action taken to hack into the event and virtually vandalized the event... although I never heard the follow up and whether anyone was ever caught... probably not since hackers are always one step ahead of just about everyone...
Monday night Bill White had an online ustream town hall forum which was hyped like no other in a variety of ways...
Rick's peeps are claiming that Bill White had 11 participants (link)... one of Rick's peeps forwarded a forwarded forward a screen cap of the event while it was starting showing 13 participants...
Bill White promoted it extremely broadly... and to only get a dozen or a so peeps to tune in really shows what little actual grassroots support he has. This also is a stain on Kirk Watson's (link) ability to deliver support...
Today though the view count has gone up... the video now has 65 views (link). That number is still lower than the press and campaign staffers who probably make up the bulk of it... for something so hyped, it should have been into the hundreds or even thousands...
The Texas Tribune claims it was 170, but I am not seeing where they are getting their number (link). Even 170 is laughably awful...
I guess people figured it would be boring as all get out...
I have not closely watched more than about 5 minutes of it... although I did have it on in the background in its entirety... it really is as boring as Bill White is normally... which is to say yawn inducing and practically unwatchable...

Ustream has a reporting lag. Seriously rookie mistake bro.
hmm...then that Katy Bacon lady should be muzzled or fired for jumping the gun. if you produce a number and then revise it after scrutiny, there will be skeptics a-plenty. by the well, wouldn't really measure up to that 'talking with texas' ustream that produced 25,000...
