New poll by TX Civil Justice League has Rick Perry up by 11: Rick Perry 48%, Bill White 37% and 11% undecided. Can't anybody break 50?Can't anybody break 40%? It would be a stretch to say Bill White is in the upper thirties... he is closer to the mid thirties... and in many many polls he is that way...
