Rick rejects more federal money with strings attached... declines race to the top...

This reminds me a lot of the same way the unemployment insurance fund rejection went down... liberals complained, conservatives were excited... what will Kay say about it all? Will she criticize Rick's rejection of what Robert Scott calls a "trojan horse" or will she support his decision?

    That was painful to watch. Would he be rejecting these funds if he wasn't in a primary? Did he reject any of the No Child Left Behind strings?

Hey now, campaign characters. Be nice. I know a lot of you on both sides, so I don't want any overly foul language, personal attacks on anyone other than the candidates themselves, or other party fouls. I will moderate the heck out of you if you start breaking the bounds of civility.
