Rick to the rescue for Uganda?!?!!!!?

I am really confused by all of this, but some people made a video appealing Rick to attend their rally (link)...



Apparently these people have targeted Chuck Norris, Lance Armstrong, the Simpson sisters, and even Kay herself (although I can't find her video).

Have they ever been successful? That's the real question.

Hey now, campaign characters. Be nice. I know a lot of you on both sides, so I don't want any overly foul language, personal attacks on anyone other than the candidates themselves, or other party fouls. I will moderate the heck out of you if you start breaking the bounds of civility.
