Kay likely not resigning...?

Dan Branch took his name out of the AG race... Abbott has been quiet lately on the Lt. Governor race... Dewhurst has been quiet... Paul Burka thinks that this all means nobody believes Kay will resign (link). Excerpt follows...
The belief has taken hold among Republican wannabes that Hutchison is not going to resign her seat. Whether it is true or not, they believe it.
I am hearing this more and more... Kay has said repeatedly said that she is definitely resigning, don't worry... but she has also changed the timeframe many times, seemed to back away from it many times, and has really left a lot of people confused. Considering she backed out in 2006 I see their point...
