Rick and Kay on sex ed...

The Texas legislature is currently looking at changing the way sex ed is taught in schools (link). Excerpt follows:

Legislation being considered would give teenagers access to expanded sexual health information at school with the intent of reducing teen pregnancy and infections.

Social conservatives have voiced concern with changing the sex education system, in place since the mid-1990s when George W. Bush was governor.

Republican Gov. Rick Perry's office said he would review the new proposal but that he likes the existing policy.

Is this something Rick and Kay agree on, or would Kay favor changing sex ed? A lot of social conservatives would like to know before voting next March.

Hey now, campaign characters. Be nice. I know a lot of you on both sides, so I don't want any overly foul language, personal attacks on anyone other than the candidates themselves, or other party fouls. I will moderate the heck out of you if you start breaking the bounds of civility.
