But Hutchison is still telling supporters that she intends to resign her Senate seat. At a fundraiser on Wednesday at Old Parkland, the headquarters of Crow Holdings, a few supporters said they wanted her to remain in the Senate after March. But she insisted she is ready to leave. "I've never heard her more emphatic that she's going to resign," said one person who attended the event, which was sponsored by the real estate investor Harlan Crow, a major donor to her campaign.I have heard through the grapevine all the way up here in the land of Obama and the Cubs and deep dish pizza that some of Kay's top supporters and her are experiencing a contentious relationship... and I mean top... some of the top peeps on her finance team... one of the old stalwarts of her communications team... there is a lot of tension with peeps seeing the writing on the wall and trying to position themselves as not at fault... it is always someone else's fault...

Hey now, campaign characters. Be nice. I know a lot of you on both sides, so I don't want any overly foul language, personal attacks on anyone other than the candidates themselves, or other party fouls. I will moderate the heck out of you if you start breaking the bounds of civility.
